This year we will be featuring ICI's newest publication in the Sourcebook series, Allen Ruppersberg Sourcebook: Reanimating the 20th century (2014), along with the Martha Wilson Sourcebook (2012). Recent publications, Thinking Contemporary Curating (2012) and do it: the compendium (2013) will also be highlighted. In addition, ICI will showcase rare and out-of-print titles for sale, including The Paper Sculpture Book (2003), High Times Hard Times (2006), and Experimental Geography (2008).
ICI will also spotlight our popular exhibitions-related publications, such as From Media to Metaphor: Art About AIDS (1992), Jess: To and From the Printed Page (2007), People's Biennial (2010), Beyond Preconceptions: The Sixties Experiment (2000), and more.
Plus, we'll feature two limited editions—the "Baldessari" bag, a leather tote bag to carry home your selections from the fair, designed exclusively for ICI by John Baldessari and Monica Botkier; and a lithograph by Tim Rollins + K.O.S. (Kids of Survival), whose work mines a vast wealth of printed matter. Black Beauty The Liberty is an homage to Anna Sewell’s 1877 novel, Black Beauty.
