In 1993 Hans Ulrich Obrist started do it, an exhibition in progress that is now 20 years old. This conversation will explore the project’s beginnings, its iterations and its repercussions in the context of the cultural and political developments of the early ’90s. Massimiliano Gioni is Associate Director and Director of Exhibitions at the New Museum. The conversation will be moderated by Kate Fowle, Director of ICI.

Massimiliano Gioni is the Artistic Director of both the New Museum in New York and the Nicola Trussardi Foundation in Milan.

Kate Fowle

Kate Fowle is Director of MoMA PS1 in New York.
