Elke Solomon

Elke Solomon was a New York City-based artist and curator. With ICI, she curated two traveling exhibitions, Large Drawings (1984-85) and Collaborations and Amplifications (1979). She taught at Parsons School of Design, Columbia University, City College of New York, Feminist Art Institute, Princeton University, Portland State University, and Pratt Institute of Arts. Solomon's work is included in the collections of numerous museums and institutions including the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Cincinnati Art Museum, Philadelphia Museum of Art, Museum of Contemporary Art (Chicago), The Brooklyn Museum, Yale University Art Gallery, and Provincetown Art Museum.
