Lee Sessions has been at El Museo del Barrio since 2022, where he has worked on exhibitions including Something Beautiful: Reframing La Colección, Flow States– LA TRIENAL 2024, and Mestre Didi: Spiritual Form. Before joining El Museo, he held curatorial and research positions at The New York Botanical Garden, the Yale Center for British Art, and The Brooklyn Museum. His book, Nature, Culture, and Race in Colonial Cuba, was published by Yale University Press in 2024.
