Guad Creche (Salta, 1985) is an independent art curator and teacher. Their work focuses on supporting critical or experimental artistic processes and exploring the tensions between the local and the global, with an emphasis on diverse identities and contemporary practices from the Northwest region of Argentina. They are the creator of the Art, Science, and Feminisms Conference, an interdisciplinary dialogue space with a gender perspective, and the Museum of Becoming, a traveling research and archive project on queer art in northern Argentina focused on performance, video, and photography. They also co-direct LAC (Contemporary Art Laboratory), an annual program of curatorial projects dedicated to fostering critical and situated practices. They have received Training and Creation grants from the National Arts Fund, the Activar Patrimonio program of the Ministry of Culture of Argentina, the Metropolitan Arts Fund of the City of Buenos Aires, and the Salta Citizen Fund for Cultural Development.
Since 2024, Creche has been part of the ULMUS&LODO artist roster. Among their recent curatorial projects are Museo del Devenir at the Spanish Cultural Center in Buenos Aires (2025), the retrospective Obra completa de Mariana López at the Klemm Foundation (2024), the anthological exhibition Fantasía marica del pueblo de Rodo Bulacio at the Palais de Glace National Museum (2023), which also traveled to the Museum of the National University of Tucumán, and the group exhibition La escultura nace de un espíritu, featuring Carla Grunauer, Elsa Salfity, and Ivana Salfity, at the Salta Museum of Fine Arts during Bienalsur (2023). They live and work between Salta and Buenos Aires.
