University of Massachusetts Lowell presents a series of events around Raymond Pettibon

In addition to exhibiting Raymond Pettibon: The Punk Years, 1978-86, the University Gallery at University of Massachusetts Lowell is planning a series of screenings and talks that expand the topics of punk, art, and design beyond the traditional exhibition format.

These special events include:

February 1, 3 - 5pm, beginning with a talk, titled “Raymond Pettibon, The Punk Years” by William Kaizen, Ph.D. at 3 o’clock in O’Leary 222; followed by a reception at the gallery until 5 o’clock.

Jan 26, Feb 2, Feb 9, and Feb16, “History of Punk Rock” Film Series every Thursday in the University Gallery at 6pm. Films include: American Hardcore - The History of Punk Rock 1980 - 1986, Punk’s Not Dead, and Punk: Attitude featuring Henry Rollins.
