    This 3–day forum on curatorial practice is offered in Mumbai in collaboration with the Mohile Parikh Center (MPC). It develops directly out of the successful prior collaboration, “What Is Curating?” an intensive hands-on series of workshops organized by ICI and MPC in December 2010.

  • Summer 2011

    Program dates:

    July 10–18, 2011

    In summer 2011, 10–14 curators from around the world were selected to participate in the Curatorial Intensive for a rigorous 8-day schedule of workshops, discussions, critiques, and presentations, as well as site visits to local institutions, private collections and artists’ studios.

    This course, developed with the Philadelphia Exhibitions Initiative (PEI) for 8 curators based in the Philadelphia area, focuses on looking at how to extend networks and develop research practices that can enhance participants’ current curatorial practices.
